201 KAR 2:015, Continuing Education​. ​Amendment filed April 15, 2024: This amendment modifies the continuing education period from the calendar year (Jan. 1-Dec. 31) to the licensing year (March 1-Feb. 28). Public comments shall be received through June 30th. A public hearing is scheduled for June 25th at 10 a.m. via zoom teleconference. 

201 KAR 2:050, LIcenses and permits; fees.​ Amendment filed April 15, 2024: This amendment creates a fee for a non-resident pharmacist license and renewal. This amendment also clarifies that all fees are non-refundable and that applications shall expire after one year of receipt. Public comments shall be received through June 30th. A public hearing is scheduled for June 25th at 10 a.m. via zoom teleconference. 

201 KAR 2:030, License transfer and non-resident pharmacist license.​ Amendment filed April 15, 2024: This amendment creates a new type of pharmacist license for non-resident pharmacists. This is a limited license with a $50 application fee and renewal fee. The non-resident pharmacist license is exempt from CE and the MPJE. Public comments shall be received through June 30th. A public hearing is scheduled for June 25th at 10 a.m. via zoom teleconference.​

201 KAR 2:465, Non-Resident Pharmacy Applications and Waivers​. New Administrative Regulation filed April 15, 2024: This regulation details the application process for non-resident pharmacies and clarifies language in KRS 315.0351, including the waiver for “isolated transactions" language. This regulation does require licensure of any pharmacist engaging in the practice of pharmacy for a Kentucky resident. Public comments shall be received through June 30th. A public hearing is scheduled for June 25th at 10 a.m. via zoom teleconference.

201 KAR 2:220, Collaborative care agreements. Amendment filed February 20, 2024.  The amendment cleans up language and ensures appropriate statutory citation. There are no substantive changes made in this amendment. Comments will be received through May 31, 2024. The public hearing is scheduled for May 22nd at 10 a.m. at 125 Holmes St., First Floor Conference Room, Frankfort, KY 40601 and via zoom teleconference.
