The Kentucky Board of Pharmacy serves the Commonwealth to promote, preserve, and protect public health, safety, and welfare by and through effective control and regulation of the practice of pharmacy; the licensure of pharmacists; the licensure, control, and regulation of all sites or persons who are required to obtain a license or permit from the Board of Pharmacy, whether located in or outside of the Commonwealth, that distribute, manufacture, or sell drugs within the Commonwealth.
