Steps for Pharmacist Licensure - Foreign Pharmacists
1) Complete the entire FPGEC (a passing grade of the FPGEE, the TSE and the TOFEL) to receive FPGEC Certificate
2) Complete the Application for Pharmacist Intern Initial via Licensure Gateway and submit to the Board along with a copy of the FPGEC certificate and payment of $25. Payment may be made online or by check. If paying by check, make payable to 'Kentucky State Treasurer'
3) Complete 1500 Internship hours
4) Register to take the NAPLEX and MPJE
